We are looking forward to welcoming you to the Optician Awards Ceremony on Saturday 13th December at the The Royal Lancaster London. If you would like to secure your seats for this event, please select the number of tickets or tables that you wish to purchase from the list below.

Please submit your dietary requirements to awardsteam@markallengroup.com by Friday 14th November . Last minute requests will always be passed on to the venue, but we cannot ensure that these can be accommodated.

Please note that the room is filled from the front with VIP's and sponsors. These guests will take the front rows, followed by the premium tables and then the standard tables.

Tickets Include

- Access to the drink's reception.

- Half a bottle of wine per person on your table. Non-alcoholic options are available upon request.

- A delicious three course meal.

Premium Tables Include

- A table of 10 in a premium position

- A branded logo on your dinner table

- A branded meeting point in the drinks reception

- Two bottles of champagne for your table

Please advise the event organiser in advance of any guest dietary requirements, any requests on the night might delay food service.

Allergies and Dietary Requirements

- All produce is prepared in an area where allergens are present. For those with allergies, intolerances, and special dietary requirements who may wish to know about the ingredients used, please ask your event manager.
- Please submit your dietary requirements to awardsteam@markallengroup.com by Friday 14th November. We cannot ensure that we can accommodate any last minute requests if dietaries are confirmed to us after this date. Last minute requests will always be passed on to the venue, but they may not be accommodated.

- There will be latex balloons and flashing lights at the event

Please Note:

- Complimentary seats are not offered to our finalists. All tickets will need to be purchased via our website.

- There will be a cashless bar in operation throughout the event for additional drinks.
